Zoning board approves variances for deck and home addition

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Zoning Board approves two residential variances. The board unanimously approved an impervious coverage variance for a deck and patio project at 22 Timber Drive, reducing the existing 1,202-square-foot deck to 608 square feet with new drainage improvements, and voted unanimously to approve setback variances for a 300-square-foot second-story addition at 22 Highland Avenue. Professional engineer Jamie Giurintano and professional planner Joseph Burgis confirmed the applications met professional standards.
