NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Zoning Board approves two residential expansion variances for undersized properties. The board unanimously approved a 936-square-foot addition to 9 River Road, with Terra Marszat seeking front yard setback relief of 18.8 and 20.1 feet where 54 to 58.5 feet are required, plus building coverage and soil movement variances. The board also unanimously approved a 295-square-foot front overhang for Jeff Lacy at 28 Breton Drive with a 15.61-foot setback where 20 feet is required.
A third Patel application for a driveway variance was carried to October 7.
