Zoning board approves two major variance applications

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Board of Adjustment approves two residential variances unanimously. Luke Vanderbeck won approval for a second-story addition and storage shed retention at 21 Morris Avenue. The board also approved 95 Taylortown Road, LLC's application to rebuild a residence with pool and courtyard, granting variances for deficient setbacks and excessive coverage while imposing conditions requiring landscape plans, fall protection details, and surveyor-marked silt fencing around the limit of disturbance.
