NJ MONTVILLE — Montville's Planning Board approved three business waivers on August 27 without dissent. Chairman Gary Lewis and the board unanimously authorized Montville Pharmacy for a 1,126-square-foot pharmacy at 263 Changebridge Road, Unit 5; Absolute Comfort Inc. for a 1,581-square-foot HVAC office at 70 Pinebrook Road; and Howard's Bagels for outdoor seating at its 1,400-square-foot bagel and deli at 223 Changebridge Road. The board also approved exterior alterations for The Athlete's Club, 5 Mars Court, allowing a tenant to begin interior buildout before final site improvements closed out.
Board Planner Joe Burgis presented analysis of potential data center regulations, though the board took no action, flagging the matter for Master Plan re-examination next year.
