NJ MONTVILLE — The Planning Board unanimously approved a swingset warehouse project for Route 46 with safety conditions. The board approved a pre-final site plan for Swingset Warehouse & Sheds for Sale, LLC, at 32 Route 46, with four conditions on landscaping, fencing, setbacks, and trampoline designation. Applicant Abel Santos and engineer Kevin Robine testified on the retail operation, designed to reuse a building that had been vacant for approximately 15 years.
The board also unanimously approved an amended final site plan for the Evangelical Mission & Seminary at 36 Alpine Road and a one-year extension for International Motor Controls at 2 Skyline Drive through April 13, 2027, which Board Engineer C. Hermann noted the applicant may need to pursue with the Department of Environmental Protection.
