NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Planning Board approves redevelopment study for Diversified Properties 55-plus. The board unanimously approved an April 1 study of the Diversified Properties 55-plus site spanning Main Road, Daldunn Road, and River Road. The designation enables the governing body to authorize a redevelopment plan following a court-ordered affordable housing settlement with Diversified.
The board also unanimously approved waivers for Honeywell International to operate a 7,620-square-foot office and warehouse facility at 20 Chapin Road and for The Shade Doctor to operate a 442-square-foot window blinds sales and service shop at 638A Main Road. A minor subdivision with variances for Robert Reese also received unanimous approval.
