Planning Board approves mixed-use site plan at 5 Mars Court

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Planning Board approves soccer academy and warehouse in mixed-use site plan. The board unanimously backed a pre/final site plan at 5 Mars Court for an indoor soccer academy operated by Giuseppie Rossi alongside warehouse use. The board approved variances for parking and signage and imposed seven conditions, including Design Review Committee sign approval, drainage calculations, tree ordinance compliance, refuse and recycling plans, trash enclosure relocation, and loading dock restrictions to 3 p.m.
In separate unanimous votes, the board also approved a waiver for a clinical counseling practice with seven employees at 150 River Road.
