Montville Planning Board subcommittee unanimously approves four commercial permits

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Planning Board subcommittee approves four commercial use permits at July meeting. Chairman Tim Braden led the session where the board unanimously approved a 350,000-square-foot horse boarding business at 88 Passaic Valley Road, an 11,233-square-foot sports protective equipment assembly facility at 321 Changebridge Road, an 11,328-square-foot soccer training facility at 5 Mars Court, and a 1,000-square-foot summer camp at 70 River Road. Board members Nick Agnoli and Russ Lipari joined Braden in voting unanimously on all four permits.
All operations included restrictions on overnight vehicle parking and signage requirements.
