The Board voted 7-0 to adopt the 2026 Housing Element and Fair Share Plan covering 2025-2035, Board Planner Joe Burgis said. The plan includes Diversified 55-plus on Main Road near Route 287 with 53 affordable units among 266 age-restricted units, and the JMC property at 205-207 Changebridge Road with 16 affordable units and a payment-in-lieu for two additional units.
