NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Township Committee unanimously authorizes Changebridge Road property auction and names developer. The Committee approved the October 13 public auction of 70 Changebridge Road with a $350,000 minimum bid and designated Chi/Acquisitions, L.P. as the redeveloper of 17 Chapin Road. Chairman Frank W.
Cooney and the five-member panel also authorized final payments of $365,058.40 for Barney Lane/Forest Place storm drain improvements and $49,575.20 for Waughaw Valley Trail completion, and approved contract amendments totaling $25,000 for police vehicle repair parts and water department maintenance.
