Montville Board of Health reorganizes for 2026 with Tuckman as chair

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Board of Health sets 2026 meeting schedule after reorganizing leadership. Dr. Steven Tuckman was re-elected chair and Dr.
Haroon Arshad named vice chair at the reorganization meeting. The board will meet six times in 2026 on the second Monday of March, May, June, September, November, and January 2027, starting at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building. David C.
Pennella, Esq., was approved to continue as Board of Health attorney, and a professional services agreement for Dr. Arshad as Medical Clinic physician passed 3-1, with Dr. Arshad abstaining from his own contract vote.
Dr. Arnold Pallay was reappointed to a three-year term.
