NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Environmental Commission approves responses to two property applications. The commission unanimously approved draft responses to an expansion and parking-lot project at 5 Mars Court and a subdivision proposal at Crest Terrace. Led by Dr.
Lawrence Kornreich, the commission also heard updates about Morris County trail construction grants from member Marie Fragomeni and learned that the Water and Sewer Department has drilled two new wells while working to track township water usage against state-imposed aquifer limits.
