NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Township Committee authorizes closed executive session on contracts and litigation. All five committee members, including Mayor Frank W. Cooney and Deputy Mayor Matthew S.
Kayne, voted unanimously to hold a closed session discussing contract negotiations, pending litigation in Schroth vs. Salomone Bros. vs. Montville Township (case MRS-L-50-24), and personnel matters.
Mayor Cooney stated no action would be taken following the closed session.
