NJ MONTVILLE — Montville Township Committee approves slate of ordinances and capital projects. The Committee unanimously adopted four ordinances on final reading Tuesday, including a $60,000 appropriation for rooftop HVAC replacement and reaffirmation of the cannabis business prohibition; all votes were 5-0. Administrator June Hercek announced a $1,092,000 EPA Community Grant award for PFAS treatment implementation.
The Committee approved completion of a six-court pickleball project with final payment of $142,752.45 to Green Valley Group, Inc., approved Community Park improvements of $24,354.53, and increased First Aid Squad EMT funding to $31,250 for 2026.
