Committee approves $1 million water treatment facility bond ordinance

NJ MONTVILLE — Montville approves $1 million bond ordinance for water treatment facility design. The Township Committee unanimously adopted Ordinance 2026-14 authorizing $1 million in bonds for Water Treatment Facility engineering design and bid assistance. The five-member committee also designated Block 184, Lot 7.1 as an Area in Need of Non-Condemnation Redevelopment and authorized three infrastructure projects to proceed to bidding: Horseneck Road Pedestrian Safety, 2026 Condo Road Resurfacing, and Changebridge Road Sidewalk projects.
Multiple contract amendments were approved for vehicle maintenance and electrical services.
